Durham, NC
A Durham photographer for weddings, elopements, branding, and family sessions.
I'm based in Raleigh and shoot throughout the Raleigh-Durham Triangle, Durham included — travel within the Triangle is part of every session, not an add-on.
Where I shoot in Durham
Duke Gardens. Manicured terraces and a pergola, a favorite for garden-ceremony weddings and fall family portraits. Duke Gardens requires a photography permit for every session, including family sessions ($100 to $300 by day, time, and group size) — apply at least a week ahead.
The Rickhouse. Industrial-warm brick and timber, especially good for evening wedding ceremonies.
Eno River State Park. River rapids, Holden's Mill stone ruins, and green canopy — a quiet, unhurried option for an elopement near Durham. State parks require a special activity permit; call the park office ahead.
West Point on the Eno. A working historic mill on the river, popular for family portraits. Currently closed for renovation through about January 2027 — ask about it when you book and I'll confirm current status.
